Our Story

From a Honolulu
pop-up to your
neighborhood.

It started in 2019 with a cooler, a rice cooker, and a farmers' market table in Kaka'ako. The line wrapped around the block by 10am. We knew we had something.

When we moved to the mainland, we brought everything: the sushi-grade fish sourced daily, the housemade sauces, the obsession with texture in every single bite. Nothing pre-made. Nothing sitting.

"The edamame alone is worth the walk from the co-working space. But then you see the tuna and you can't stop."
